The technical parameters of industrial mixing equipment primarily encompass core metrics such as mixing speed, mixing capacity, and motor power. Mixing speed is typically expressed in revolutions per minute (rpm); materials subject to different process requirements necessitate varying speeds-high-speed mixing is suitable for the emulsification and homogenization of liquids, while low-speed mixing is appropriate for high-viscosity slurries or materials where foaming must be prevented. Mixing capacity refers to the volume of material the equipment can process in a single batch; it serves as a critical basis for equipment selection and production scheduling. Insufficient capacity can restrict output, whereas excessive capacity may lead to uneven mixing or operational overload. Motor power determines the driving force of the equipment; high-viscosity fluids or large-capacity mixing tanks require greater power to ensure the smooth operation of the impeller and the achievement of optimal mixing results.

Impeller type and size constitute one of the key technical parameters of industrial mixing equipment, as different materials and processes require the selection of specific impeller designs. Paddle-type impellers are suitable for low-viscosity liquids; anchor-type or helical-ribbon impellers are applicable to high-viscosity slurries; and high-shear impellers are ideal for emulsification and dispersion processes. The impeller diameter typically ranges from one-third to two-thirds of the tank diameter; through rational design, this ratio ensures adequate material flow while preventing the formation of dead zones or material accumulation. Furthermore, the material composition and structural design of the impeller influence shear force and mixing uniformity, serving as critical factors in ensuring production efficiency.

Additional technical parameters include equipment construction materials, operating temperature, pressure resistance, and sealing performance. The choice of materials dictates the equipment's resistance to corrosion and abrasion; different materials are suited to different process environments-for instance, stainless steel is appropriate for acidic or alkaline materials, while alloy steel is suitable for high-wear operating conditions. Temperature-controlled jackets or heating systems enable the equipment to meet diverse temperature requirements, while pressure resistance determines whether the equipment is suitable for use in pressurized or vacuum-based processes. Sealing performance directly impacts operational safety, material loss, and environmental protection-factors that are of particular importance when handling volatile, toxic, or corrosive materials. The rational matching of technical parameters not only guarantees the efficient operation of the equipment but also ensures the stability of the production process and the consistency of product quality.
