Core Positioning & Working Principle

It works by gravity sedimentation: sludge enters via the central feed pipe, solids settle into concentrated sludge; the rake scrapes sludge to the center outlet; clarified supernatant overflows for recycling. Flocculant can be added to speed up settling.
