Product Structure Composition

Tank Body:

Working Principle

Feeding Stage:
Suspended materials enter the feeding well through the feeding pipe, and are evenly distributed to the sedimentation area after shunting, avoiding impact on the sedimentary layer.
Sedimentation and Concentration Stage:
The materials are static in the tank, and the solid particles settle by gravity to form a sedimentary layer; adding flocculant can accelerate coagulation, and the unit area processing capacity is 15%-30% higher than that of traditional models.
Solid-Liquid Separation Stage:
The rake arm scrapes the deposited materials at the bottom to the underflow port for discharge, and the upper clear overflow liquid is discharged through the overflow weir to complete solid-liquid separation.
Intelligent Regulation Stage:
