We are the manufacturer of the Industrial Thickener, a large-scale solid-liquid separation device built on the principle of gravity sedimentation. This equipment concentrates low-density slurry or mud into high-density underflow and is widely used in mining, metallurgy, chemical processing, environmental protection, and paper making. Working Principle
Slurry enters the tank through a central feed pipe. Solid particles settle under gravity. Clarified water overflows from the top of the tank, while concentrated high-density underflow discharges from the bottom. A central drive unit rotates the rake frame slowly, pushing settled solids toward the center discharge outlet and preventing blockage.
