Working Principle
The drive unit provides power to drive the bridge and scraping system to rotate around the tank center for circular tanks, or travel along the tank rail for rectangular tanks. The settled sludge at the tank bottom is pushed by scraper plates and flows to the central sludge hopper or end sludge tank, then discharged through sludge pipes or sludge pumps. Meanwhile, the scum removal device operates synchronously to gather floating scum into the slag hopper. The whole process completes solid-liquid separation and keeps the sedimentation tank in normal working state.
