The Side-Entry Mixer is an industrial mixing equipment that mounts the mixing unit on the side wall of a container (tank, trough, or pool). Its mixing shaft extends horizontally or at an inclined angle into the container, and the rotation of the mixing assembly achieves process requirements such as material mixing, homogenization, suspension, and heat transfer. Unlike the vertical installation of top-entry mixers, it is more suitable for large-volume containers or scenarios with limited top space, serving as one of the core equipment for fluid treatment in industrial production.


Structural Composition
The overall structure of the Side-Entry Mixer consists of four core parts: the drive unit, transmission connection, mixing working part, and sealing protection system. All components work in coordination to ensure the stable operation of the equipment, with the specific composition as follows:
Drive Unit:
It is mainly composed of a motor and a reducer. The motor can be an ordinary motor or an explosion-proof motor, customized according to working conditions to provide stable power for the equipment.
